Starting with Hongdae, we are introducing/introducing the whole area of Seoul in a guidebook.
Woongsung passed Hongik University, the street of youth
If you walk to Yeontral Park in the direction of Gajwa Station
You can meet shops and cafes with pretty interiors.
Delicious bakeries, cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores around the accommodation are within walking distance, making it a convenient living area.

It's located about 15 minutes' walk from Exit 3 of Hongik University Station. It's good to walk by Yeontral Park

Yeonnam 3rd and 4th public parking lots are free to park from 10 p.m. to 11 a.m. the next day.

All spaces are available except for the ✅ ️ warehouse.
✅ One queen per ️ is the setting standard. If two people want to use each bed, an additional 10,000 won will be charged
* It is not possible to cook food that smells bad or has a lot of oil.
* If you do not comply with the number of people staying, you will be checked out.
* Quiet residential area, no party and no noise after 10pm. Be strict!
* CCTV outside the accommodation is installed for noise and safety.
Hongdae Youth Street is located nearby, and universities are lined up in a short distance, and natural ecological parks such as Haneul Park and Mangwon Han River Park are located.
Seoul's tourist attractions include Gyeongbokgung Palace, Dongdaemun Market, Namsan Seoul Tower, Yongsan National Museum, Jamsil Lotte World, Noryangjin Fish Market, Yangjae Flower Market, and Cheongnyangni Fruit and Water Market.
To enjoy hiking, there are Bukhansan Mountain, Gwanaksan Mountain, and Guryongsan Mountain.
Enjoy Han River ramen and beer that Koreans enjoy eating at the Han River.
