Welcome to Stay Dear~!

Our accommodation is a 3-minute walk from DMC subway Station.
It's 1 stop from Hong-dae station.

You can use cafes, and various restaurants nearby.
You can walk to Broadcasting Station. (MBC, SBS, JTBC..etc)

-Our place is on the semi-basement, and so you only need to go down 6 steps.
- This is a space for up to three people.
- Parking in the building is not allowed, public parking lot is a minute's walk away
-Please keep quiet for your neighbors during your stay.

We have separate two bedrooms and living room space. It is 39 square feet located on the semi-basement.

1. No.1 bed room
-It is cozy bedroom with a queen-sized bed.
- Full-body mirror, hanger, hair dryer, comb

2. No.2 bed room
- It is a compact and simple bedroom with a super single-sized bed.

3. living room
- There is a table for four people, and you can watch TV, YouTube, Netflix.

4. kitchen
-We have kitchen tools for simple cooking.
-sugar, salt, pepper, soy sauce, cooking oil, red pepper powder.
-kitchen towel, single-use plastic gloves ,plastic bags and pad, dishcloth.
-microwave, refrigerator, 2-hole induction, electric kettle, capsule coffee
machine.

5. bathroom
- washing machine
- shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shower towel, soap, foam cleansing
- cotton, cotton swab, hair tie

Please refrain from parties and events as it is a residential space, and pay special attention to noise after 21:00.
( In the event of a civil complaint, you could be checked out.)

-No smoking. The smell won't fade, so the next guest will suffer damage.
(smoking including e-cigarettes)
If smoking is detected, we could charge for cleaning fee 100,000 won.

-Please refrain from cooking smelly food.( pork belly, fishy food etc.)

-Please be careful not to damage wallpaper, stain on the bedding, damage or loss of items in the accommodation due to events or parties etc.
(We could claim compensation to the damaged items.)
