Although it is located in the busy areas of Hongdae and Yeonnam-dong, it is a quiet and peaceful house at the same time. For the sake of surrounding neighbors, quiet use is absolutely necessary :-) [ Absolutely mandatory requirements ] ** No noisy use (no parties, no loud noises) ** No cooking with strong odors ** Reservation number must be observed ** Inside the building Smoking is not allowed (not even in the yard inside the main gate) (Smoking is allowed outside the alley near the parking line on the road) ** Unfortunately, parking is not possible.
