House Rule
* Reservations can be made for up to 6 people, and an additional fee of 25,000 won per person applies for 3 or more people. * If there are additional people, please notify us in advance. If not, an additional fee of 30,000 won will be charged. * As it is a quiet residential area, we would appreciate it if you were especially careful about noise and refrain from entering after midnight. * Parties with loud noise/music are prohibited. * Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation, and please avoid excessive drinking. * If your next reservation is disrupted due to indoor smoking, a cleaning fee of 100,000 won, including accommodation reservation compensation, will be charged. * Guests will be charged a separate fee in the event of damage, theft, or loss of property, including furniture and bedding. * In case of contamination of bedding and towels (cosmetics, food, etc.), an additional fee will be charged for the amount necessary to restore the product to its original state. * There is no separate parking lot. We recommend that guests park at their own expense at the Cheongnyangni-dong public parking lot, a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. * Pets are not allowed in the room. * Please understand that CCTV is installed outside for security & safety reasons. * Sosodam Stay replaces bedding every day and undergoes regular quarantine.
