- 독립적이고 층간소음 걱정없어요
- 방2개, 화장실2개에 대형식탁이 있어
대가족이 이용가능하고, 온수잘나와요
- 세탁기,건조기,대형냉장고,정수기 등은 좋았어요
- 보드게임, 정글짐이 있어 아이들이 좋아해요
단점
- 엘베없고 계단좁은 4층같은 3층이에요
- 영하날씨에 바닥난방 안되서 입실첫날 냉골에서 잤어요
- 온풍기로만 난방이 되서 건조해요
- 옷장은 많은데 옷걸이가 한개도 없었어요
