GREYCOUCH is a newly built design apartment nearby Hongik University, where the most fun and activities are around. The apartment is designed by Taehyun who is currently working as an interior designer in Seoul. He studied the architectural interior design in New York and has designed many impressive sites in Seoul with his unique characteristics. GREYCOUCH is his latest work of the residential project. With his passion, it finally came out to the world after 2 years of great effort.

GREYCOUCH has the unique floor plan.
This apartment has 3.5 floors and the main stairs (made of transparent glass) go through the middle of each floor. By doing so, he made this space more attractive to visitors. Particularly the 3rd floor can be a good spot to hang out with friends where living space (lounge) and kitchen are combined together. Also, the rooftop is another decent spot with a coffee table and chairs. For last, there is also a hidden bedroom at the top floor. When the host, Taehyun, designed GREYCOUCH, he considered a privacy very much and implemented in his design by separating bedrooms and living rooms.
GREYCOUCH is full furnished and provides free amenities such as towels, tooth brush, and other necessities for your convenience.

- No pets are allowed
- Smoking is only allowed at rooftop (terrace) or in front of the main entrance
- Please keep your noise level down after sunset (rooftop / entrance area) due to the apartment’s location (in the middle of residential area)
- Age between 2 – 12, are only allowed when accompanied by adults
- GREYCOUCH has many stairs, especially the main stairs are made of glass. Please be aware of your own safety (falling accident)
GREYCOUCH is located nearby Hongik University. Hongik University subway station is 10 minutes away by walking. There are many attractions around such as small cafes and restaurants with tasty food / mood in Yeonnam-dong. Also shopping areas / clubs near Hongdae (Hongik University), and traditional market in Mangwon are good places to check out.
