Everything is refurbished in November 2016 so the room and bathrooms are brand new. It is a triple mint condition.
My Place is in a quiet neighborhood but still only few blocks away from Garosu-gil, Rodeo Road and Dosan Park Ro. Also, just 5 minutes away from Apgujeong-Station(Line 3). My place is good for couples, business travelers, post-recovery from surgery and software engineers like me.
My place is a studio on a ground floor in the heart of Gangnam. You are able to walk almost everywhere from Garosu-gil, Rodeo Road, Dosan Park Ro and Hand River. Also, it is well connected with subways and buses where you can get to Myungdong, Itaewon and Chungdamdong in 10 ~ 20 minutes(depending on traffic) by car.
Combine this with a luxury neighborhood where all the trend stars in Korea. We will welcome you with a cold beer :)
I believe you are reading this all the way down here cause you are interested in the neighborhood Shinsadong/Apgujeongdong and our place. To the East is Chungdamdong. To the West is Garosugil and to the North is Itaewon and Myungdong.
Shinsadong has a nice restaurant scene and is alive with many fashionable eateries and pubs. Personal recommendations are provided in my guidebook.

- It is probably not suitable for a family with toddlers as it is a studio.
- It does not equip a kitchen. Please don't bring a burner or cooking tools as this home is not meant for cooking.
- But we do have a refrigerator and basic kitchenette for your use.
