All rooms are studios, which means fully furnished apartment.
Super Clean, Safety And Totally Private Studio

Modern Studio is build up just 2 months ago with the newest electric appliances and furniture.
Strangers (who don't have the card key) cannot enter the Studio and residential guards check entrance and exit for 24 hours for your safety.

# Rental Service: Mobile WiFi router(4G Wibro Egg). Mobile Wifi( 4G WiBro service) - optional, charges apply You can access high-speed Internet whenever you want, wherever you are. You can access Internet on the road, stores, restaurants, even in the subway train. -Rental Price - 5,000 Won per a day, 50,000 Won for Deposit (refund if you return the machine.)
▶ Check-In &out (Adjustable) Please let me know if you need to check-In or Out out of below time. - Check-In : 2 : 00 PM (14:00) - Check-out : 12 : 00 AM (noon)

- Non-smoking building (smoking is accepted only at the outside)
- Wi-fi ID: modern studio / Password: 12345678
- should close gas valve after use
- please check Air conditioning, heater, Gas range before going out
- If you lose the card key, you would pay 50,000won for 1.
- If the bedding is damaged (hair dyeing, henna, etc.), you should make reparation for it.
- Please use appliances and furniture clean for next persons.
- Please give messages for any help or items

三个人一起去韩国旅游，guesthouse已经满了，就找到了这里。房屋非常干净而且里边具备了需要的东西，甚至有洗衣机。比guesthouse有点贵却很方便，价格还算是适当的。家里有厨房，我们每天做早饭省钱喽！
