Suncity is convenient for transportation, so you can go to Korea's famous places easily such as Gangnam,Namdaemun, Itaewon, Myungdong, Seoul Station We do our best to satisfy our guest by supporting travel information, and taking care 24 hours like your home.

You are supposed to compensate us for damage to property through your carelessness.
In case you accompany your kids, you should be fully responsible and liable for any injury, harm,
property loss, or damage caused by your child during the stay.
To stay with your friend or outsider without notice is prohibited.
Pets are not allowed in the residence.
The guest who causes displeasure someone or goes against proper religious and cultural etiquette is subject to be checked out compulsively.
After 11 p.m. please do not make a noise for other guests.
Check In : 14:00~24:00, Check Out : Until 11:00 a.m.
If you'd like to extend your stay, please let us know it before 10 a.m. Then, we can tell you that it's available or not.
We provide a free Internet service.
Laundry open from 09:00 am until 9:00.
Smoking is NOT ALLOWED in the whole building except parking lot.
When checking out, your deposit is refundable after returning the key card.
The computers is Only for searching information or word processing.
Please do not play computer games or download programs for others.
If you travel other areas, you can leave your luggage for free.(Maximum for 1 weeks.)
The maid service time is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
To guard your privacy, during your stay we don't enter your room(in case of private room) to clean without request.
When you need, let us know before clean-up time.
